The construction of double-transformer substation 110/10 KV “Prybuzka” of closed type in Khmelnitsky town is completed. We performed works on installation and commissioning of switchgear 110 KV and switchgear 10 KV and also of power system protection equipment, computer-aided control system of technological process, registration and connection system`s equipment, full range of commissioning works for the turning of the substation into operation has been accomplished.
Implementation of Customer facility included installation of equipment of world-wide known manufacturers Shandong Taikai Power Engineering Co., Ltd and NR Electric Co., Ltd, which was for the first time applied in the domestic market. To work with the equipment, our specialists have been trained and certified on the manufacturing plants of Chinese partners.
As the initial equipment of switchgear 10 KV was used GIS 110 KV, that is why for the initial scheme of switchgear 10 KV was selected typical scheme 110- М3 “Bridge with switchgears in the line circles without repair crosspiece”. Switchgear 10 KV is performed according to the scheme 10-1 “One sectionalized by the switchgear system of bus bars”.
For the power transformers were used two three-phase double-wound transformers of ТДН - 16000/110 У1 type produced by “Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC (ZTR). Construction solution foresees possibility of long-term substitution of power transformers for more powerful 2х25 000 KVA.
Packaging of switchgear 110 KV consists of GIS ZF10-126G (L)/ T2000-40 produced by Shandong Taikai Power Engineering Co., Ltd (China) and of five cells: two line cells, two transformer cells and one sectional cell.
10 KV Switchgear is completed by a cabinet of inner installation type KYN-28-12(Z) produced by Shandong Taikai Power Engineering Co., Ltd.
On substation 110/10 KV "Prybuzka" computer-aided control system of technological process and power system protection are executed on basis of microprocessor terminals PSC, produced by NR Electric (China). Management and monitor of substation are done through computer-aided workstation Manager, which allows you to control the work of the substation in full range.
